Please reschedule if you have any cold, flu or Covid-19 symptoms, or if you have recently come into contact with someone with Covid-19. Your deposit will apply to your rescheduled date. Your artist may ask you to wear a mask during your appointment - If you don’t have one, we have masks available at the studio - just ask!

It is always a good idea to eat and hydrate before a tattoo appointment; you are also welcome to bring a drink or some snacks with you to your appointment. If you need to pick something up, the town of Bear River has a general store, coffee shop, pizza place, and cafe which are all just a few minutes from the studio.
BEAR RIVER DOES NOT HAVE CELL SERVICE - we can offer wifi at the studio, but outside of the house, service disappears pretty suddenly - make sure you have your parking directions ready before you get to the area.
Please do your best to arrive on time - a little bit early is great too! If you are going to be late, please let your artist know. Being more than half a
n hour late can really mess up your artists entire daily schedule, so please be aware that if you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled or you may be charged from the original start time of your appointment.
Your deposit comes off the final cost of your tattoo after taxes.We can accept cash, etransfer, debit or credit (Visa and Mastercard) as payment options. Please note that there is a small fee for credit payments.

THORNWOOD PARKING
There is front parking and back parking at Thornwood House.
Our main parking space is immediately in front of the house - if you park here, please follow the stone path through the gate to the back of the house.
Extra back parking can be found by driving down the dirt laneway between us and our neighbours - At the end of the short laneway, follow the laneway left up the small hill to our parking pad on the left (see parking map below)
Please don’t park in the laneway as it is a shared driveway with our neighbours!
The door to Thornwood House is up a few steps and clearly marked.
The studio is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.
